A resource hub "Pilates Mamii Studio", for in person learning for clients and Pilates practitioners to learn more about Pilates and wellness. Pilates Mamii Studio is the only studio in Sterling, VA and Loudoun County offering private and duet Pilates instruction.
Continuing Education:
Shepherd Method Mat Classical Pilates Training- 106 hour hybrid mat training aligned with the National Pilates Exam
Kids Pilates Teacher Training- Three hour continuing education course on how to work with kids three months to 17.
Pre/Postnatal Pilates Training- This has now been expanded out to mat, tower, reformer, chair, and more. This training is specifically for people who want to learn how to work with expecting or new moms. This is a 12 hour course.
Bridge The Gap Mentorship- three to 12 month virtual mentorship program for contemporary Pilates teachers wanting a deeper dive int Pilates. This is also a resource for helping you pass the National Pilates Certification as live calls will be available as part of the support group . This group will also include resources for understanding the business side of Pilates, developing your eye as a teacher and more.
Pilates For Athletes: For two years and counting I have been the go to instructor for the Washington Commanders off season training. I also work with several high schools in the area for in season and off season injury prevention and creator of Youth Reformer of Student Athletes manual.
Author speaking & Events: I am the author of " Sage Does Pilates"one of the only kids books about Pilates & for "Babies & Barre". I speak at schools and libraries across the DMV area as well as throughout the northeast.
Retreats: I host a yearly " Elevate & Celebrate Retreat " for students and lovers of Pilates who want to come together and have a good time with like minded people.
